Do National Garden Gift Cards have an expiry date?

Gift cards and eGifts have a maximum expiry date of 30 months from the date of activation. Expiry dates can be obtained at a retailer's till-point or by using the gift card balance checker.

Paper vouchers have a maximum expiry period of 36 months with the date being printed on the reverse.

If the paper voucher has no expiry date printed on the reverse, or if the expiry date is earlier than 2013, then the voucher can continue to be redeemed at participating retailers.

How do I check the balance of my National Garden Gift Card?

Gift Card balances can be checked by entering the card number on the online balance checker or calling the balance enquiry line 0121 260 2849 and entering the 16-digit card number on the reverse of the card.
