National Garden Gift Cards can be spent in over 1000 participating retailers across the UK. To find your nearest stores, visit our store locator.

Yes. 
Paper vouchers have a maximum expiry period of 36 months with the date being printed on the reverse.

If the paper voucher has no expiry date printed on the reverse, or if the expiry date is earlier than 2013, then the voucher can continue to be redeemed at participating retailers.

Gift cards and eGifts have a maximum expiry date of 30 months from the date of activation. Expiry dates can be obtained at a retailer's till-point or by using the gift card balance checker
 

Gift cards with a card number and security code can be redeemed online at a small number of retailer websites listed within our store locator.

Paper vouchers cannot be redeemed online

It is at the individual retailer’s discretion whether change is given for a purchase less than the value of a paper voucher.

For Gift Card and eGift purchases less than the total voucher value, the remaining balance will be available to use at a later date.

Gift cards and eGiftcards can be loaded with a minimum of £5.00 and a maximum of £500.00 

Paper Vouchers can no longer be purchased.

Consumer gift cards once activated cannot be re-loaded or topped up with additional value.

Gift card balances can be checked by entering the card number on the online balance checker within the National Garden Gift Card website.

We are unable to replace lost, stolen, expired or damaged National Garden Gift Cards or Vouchers.

You can check if your card has been activated by using the balance checker.

If your card has not been activated, you will need to contact the retailer who sold the card directly to resolve this issue.

The HTA cannot accept liability for any un-activated cards.
